Jamon was of very poor quality. The meat was hard and scraggy.
The harvest with around 20% very low.
I war really disappointed for this price-performance ratio.
Not recommended at all!

Der Schinken hat zu viel Speck und es ist viel Abfall entstanden. Alles in Einem habe ich die Hälfte weggeworfen.

Good taste but a bit disappointed as 30% of meat was dry and hard - not eatable. Not really sure why but probably because the shoulder was more close to 3 years of curying time than 2 years.

Hello Adrian, thanks for your reviem. The Iberico shoulder hams have around 40% of meat and 60% of bone and fat. There are a part of the piece which is dryer thatn the other, the bottom part "la punta". However if the producto is not in good conditions or hasn't got the standard Jammonarium of good quality, please contact us by Email and we will find a solution. Kind regards. Alex

Tres gras , plus de la moitié du poids de l'epaule qui n'a qu'un cote de mangeable!
Dommage la viade est tres tres dur, le gras est aigre.
70% de non comestible le reste a faire pour assaisonner une soupe, des pommes au four, mais impossible a manger en sandwich.
