Jamon was of very poor quality. The meat was hard and scraggy.
The harvest with around 20% very low.
I war really disappointed for this price-performance ratio.
Not recommended at all!

Hello Anton, thanks for your review. As it is the first news about this order from the delivery 2 months ago, we are very surprised. Der Schinken hat zu viel Speck und es ist viel Abfall entstanden. Alles in Einem habe ich die Hälfte weggeworfen.

Eine ausgezeichnete Qualität, genau wie ein Bellota sein soll. Herrlich nussig im Geschmack und zart schmelzend auf der Zunge.

So good pata negra shoulder. Juicy and very tasty. You will always want to eat more, it is hard to stop slicing! Looking forward to eat it again.
