Das Produkt selbst hält was was es verspricht. Hier sind keine Probleme.
Doch die Lieferung war extrem schlecht. In der Bestellung habe ich die richtige Adresse angegeben, innerhalb der Versandbearbeitung wurde diese einfach geändert und somit falsch an die Lieferanten übermittelt. Somit wurde eine teure Bestellung ohne Zustimmung zu einer völlig anderen Adresse zwei Orte weiter, bei Fremden abgegeben. Obwohl abgegeben schon schön formuliert ist, es wurde dort einfach vor die Haustür gestellt, ohne das es irgendjemand angenommen hatte oder davon wusste.
Wir hatten das Glück das die Nachbarn von denen uns vom Namen her kannten und es somit zuordnen konnten und uns informierten. Aber sowas sollte bei so einer teuren Bestellung nicht passieren!

E’ un buon prodotto ma necessita di alcune migliorie: non è molto comodo il vano che accoglie il piede; mio marito, che porta un n 42 dice che è stretto. I “ massaggi” non sono propriamente efficaci e a livello della caviglia, necessita di una piccola imbottitura per evitare dolorosi “appoggi”. Potrebbe essere migliorato.

Querida Arminia,
Antes de nada agradecerle la confianza depositada en nosotros.
Para iniciar la música debe clicar como indica el manual de instrucciones el icono de PLAY/STOP, el cual se encuentra en la página 9 del manual.
Si a lo que se refiere es como añadir música es mediante un USB, el cual usted debe guardar su música (ÚNICAMENTE ADMITE MP3), y si lo desea puede sincronizarlo con el brazalete, también puede ver como se hace en la página 9 del manual, este se muestra con el logo de una CLAVE MUSICAL.

Las gafas de masaje Skandas sólo aceptan archivos de música en formato MP-3 para grabar en su tarjeta de memoria.

All GLOBAL RELAX products are protected by a 2-year Official Warranty, and/or an Extended Warranty of up to 5 years.
The Warranty covers any defect in the operation of the device due to a manufacturing defect, not due to customer misuse.
To give you an example: if the device stops working due to an internal electrical problem, this fault is covered by the warranty.
However, if the user drops a glass of water on the device and it stops working, this incident is not covered by the warranty.
Apart from the above, in case the device has a fault, GLOBAL RELAX will pick up the device at no cost to you.
Once fixed, you will receive it back at your home without any cost either.
In case the breakdown is serious and can´t be repaired, a new device will be delivered to you.
Please check the level of satisfaction of our customers through the opinion panel (REVI) of our official online store (www.globalrelax.com).
At this moment, for deliveries in USA and Canada, we are communicating a delivery time of 4-6 working days from the order date, due to the transport restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 crisis.

A figura de 30 quilos refere-se ao peso total da cadeira de massagem GURU.
Por outro lado, esta poltrona admite uma pessoa com um peso máximo de aproximadamente 100-120 kgs.

Il rivestimento della poltrona da massaggio Samsara è in PU, un materiale molto più resistente della pelle che pulisce molto meglio.
Può essere pulito con un panno umido e asciugato con un altro o semplicemente lasciato asciugare, poiché ha una rapida asciugatura.

Buongiorno volevo un informazione importante a riguardo di questa poltrona poltrona di massaggio NIRVANA nuovo modello 2019 .
Io ho gli stipiti della porta di ingresso misurano 80 cm può entrare la poltrona ? Si amontano i braccioli per montarli una volta portata in casa la poltrona?

Per avere la poltrona in Italia e possibile avere la spedizione con corriere UPS ?
Quali sono i tempi di spedizione indicativamente ?

Buongiorno caro Nicolo,
Innanzitutto grazie per l'interesse dimostrato nei nostri prodotti.
Rispondendo alla tua domanda ti dirò che la poltrona Nirvana per quanto riguarda le misure della tua porta trovo difficile entrare poiché è larga 78 cm senza scatola, quindi è abbastanza complicato che tu possa entrare.
La spedizione è composta da due colli:
1) La poltrona stessa.
2) I bracci vanno in una scatola separata e devono essere montati (è facile, è spiegato nel manuale).
Per quanto riguarda la società responsabile del trasporto nel caso in cui decidessi di acquistare il prodotto, sarebbe per TNT, poiché UPS non accetta questa grandezza di massa e peso.
Il tempo di spedizione è approssimativamente di 4 giorni.
In caso di dubbi, non esitare a scriverci.

Muchas gracias por su preguntas y su interés en nuestros sillones de masaje.
Me gustaría informarle que sólo los modelos SAMSARA y NIRVANA disponen de la función gravedad 0. El resto de modelos no tienen esa función.
En cuanto a las medidas, puede consultarlas en la tabla comparativa de los diferentes modelos de sillones de masaje disponible en la web. El sillón GURU es el más pequeño de todos (90 cm alto x 60 cm ancho x 100 cm largo cm). Este modelo no se puede reclinar hacia atrás.
En cuanto al sillón ANANDA, sus dimensiones en estado original son (120 cm alto x 77 cm ancho x 118 cm largo). El sillón completamente reclinado hacia atrás tiene un largo de alrededor de 140cm.
