Je remercie le site pour la rapidité de livraison. Toutefois, au déballage je constate que le produit à fait l'objet d'une "remballe". En effet, l'article vendu n'était pas neuf, l'habillage plastique arrière couvrant la mécanique était cassé au niveau d'un point de vissage, le revêtement Pu de l'appareil était abîmé en partie basse du chaussant, et des traces de nettoyage à la chiffonnette était clairement visibles sur le revêtement gloss du tableau de commande. Pour finir, un carton d'emballage très très poussiéreux, sale et en mauvais état. Même si le produit acheté était remisé sur le site, on était censé me livrer un produit neuf et irréprochable en termes d'état auquel cas on le signale au départ mais le prix final n'est plus du tout le même dans ce cas. J'ai réparé ce qui avait à faire sur l'appareil de massage car c'est un cadeau que je dois faire et je n'ai pas le temps pour des procédures dans lesquelles je vais devoir me justifier..... Pour finir, c'est scandaleux de vendre des produits légèrement abîmés mais abîmés quand même!!!
Par sérieux pour un site qui se veut pro et ciblant une clientèle haut de gamme.

I think the product is okay but I wasn’t actually sent a Zen Shaper so it’s very difficult to review it.
The crazy fitness is what I received and should have been £199 but I paid £500 for a Zen shaper.
As the company is hard to communicate with I don’t want to attempt to send the product all the way to Spain so we will persevere with what we have.
At least it arrived in tact. It has strange wheels which to use, you have to tip the whole piece of equipment very far back to get it to engage with the wheels which is hard for small people or people with fragile backs etc so moving it will be hard. But all the programmes of crazy fitness seem to work ok

I have been using this unit for about 10 days, hoping to see some improvement in tightness in calves, ankles and toes through the effects of massage. Sadly I'm disappointed with the results so far.
Key issues I have so far encountered are as follow:
1. This unit operates primarily with airbags that inflate to put pressure on the calves, with very minimal actual massage.
2. The feet rollers are angled in such a way that it's extremely difficult to massage your toes and heels at the same time. The toe roller needs to be raised slightly to avoid the need to curl your toes down, causing the the calves to tighten, which is counter-productive.
3. On air pressure level 2, the calf airbags don't seem to do anything. However on level 3, they appear to raise your legs slightly, so you lose any effect from the foot rollers.
As I said, results so far have been disappointing, but I will persevere with this until the end of the month in the hope of feeling some improvement. However, based on the issues above and the results so far, it is highly likely that I will be returning this.

Sono stata molto contenta dell'acquisto fatto in particolare per mia madre. In questi giorni sta facendo regolarmente i massaggi ai piedi e nota già dei benefici legati alla stimolazione della circolazione e della microcircolazione. Aveva infatti dolore e pesantezza alle gambe, freddo, insensibilità alle dita dei piedi e ora va molto meglio. Ringrazio anche per la spedizione celere che è arrivata proprio il giorno del suo compleanno.

El producto en sí no está malk, pero mucho cuidado con la empresa, porque parece ser que su servicio post venta es un auténtico desastre. Yo lo devolví al día siguiente de comprarlo y a pesar de que en su página web especific an claramente que en el plazo máximo de 15 días devuelven el dinero, se lo pasan por el forro. Llevan una semana sin ir a recoger el paquete en Correos y mientras tanto se hacen los suecos con el dinero de la devolución y hace ya tres semanas que inicié el proceso. CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA, NADA FIABLE.

Muchas gracias por su preguntas y su interés en nuestros sillones de masaje.
Me gustaría informarle que sólo los modelos SAMSARA y NIRVANA disponen de la función gravedad 0. El resto de modelos no tienen esa función.
En cuanto a las medidas, puede consultarlas en la tabla comparativa de los diferentes modelos de sillones de masaje disponible en la web. El sillón GURU es el más pequeño de todos (90 cm alto x 60 cm ancho x 100 cm largo cm). Este modelo no se puede reclinar hacia atrás.
En cuanto al sillón ANANDA, sus dimensiones en estado original son (120 cm alto x 77 cm ancho x 118 cm largo). El sillón completamente reclinado hacia atrás tiene un largo de alrededor de 140cm.

If it refers to the duration of the Skandas when they are fully charged, I will tell you that it depends on the daily use that you give, if you are going to devote 2/3 daily massages of 15 minutes you can last 4/5 days. The full load of the Skandas is 4 to 5 hours.

Hartelijk dank voor uw vraag en voor uw interesse op de massagekussen Tenzo Mini.
Met betrekking tot uw vraag, volgens de contra-indicaties van het product aangegeven op de handleiding, is er geen bezwaren tegen een persoon met een ICD. In ieder geval, vindt u hieronder de contra-indicaties voor het product. Ik adviseer ook u om het met uw arts te bespreken zodat u vinden als het apparaat voor u juist is.
Waarschuwingen
• Gebruik het product niet met een andere dan de voorgeschreven spanning.
• Houd het product uit de buurt van water om eventuele schade te voorkomen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in vochtige omgevingen (badkamers, zwembad...).
• Plaats het product niet in de buurt van verwarmingstoestellen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het buitenste omhulsel beschadigd is.
• Als het buitenste omhulsel beschadigd is moet het zo snel mogelijk worden vervangen.
• Zorg ervoor dat de schakelaar op Off staat voordat u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt.
• Trek de stekker niet uit het stopcontact met vochtige handen. Trek nooit aan de kabel.
• Controleer of de schakelaar op Uit staat en rol de kabel op na gebruik.
• Als u het toestel lange tijd gebruikt, kunnen bepaalde onderdelen van het product warm worden. Personen
• die gevoelig zijn voor warmte wordt aanbevolen het product niet te lang ononderbroken te gebruiken.
• Het product kan automatisch uitschakelen na een lange periode van ononderbroken gebruik om
• oververhitting te voorkomen. Wanneer het product is afgekoeld, zal het weer normaal werken.
• Kinderen jonger dan 14 jaar en mensen met een geestelijke beperking mogen het product niet gebruiken
• zonder toezicht.
• Het gebruik van het product door zwangere en menstruerende vrouwen wordt afgeraden.
• Als de elektrische adapter beschadigd is, moet deze worden vervangen door de Officiële Technische Dienst.
• Het gebruik van dit apparaat door kinderen of mensen met een geestelijke, psychische of zintuiglijke
• beperking wordt afgeraden. Kinderen mogen het product alleen gebruiken onder toezicht van een
• volwassene.
• Het apparaat heeft een thermisch oppervlak. Personen die gevoelig zijn voor warmte moeten voorzichtig zijn.
