How can I import my reviews from another system?

If you are using another review collection system and want to switch to Revi, we make the transition easy, ensuring you don’t lose your customer review history.

Most review platforms allow you to export your reviews in a .csv or Excel file before ending their service. To import this data into Revi, follow these steps:

1. Export your reviews from your current system

You may receive two separate files: one with reviews about your store and another with reviews about your products.

2. Ensure the files contain the required information

To successfully import your reviews, we need the following fields:

• Store reviews:

  • Review
  • Review ID
  • Review date
  • Rating
  • Customer name (optional)
  • Customer email
  • Language

• Product reviews:

  • Review
  • Review ID
  • Product ID
  • Order ID
  • Review date
  • Rating
  • Customer name
  • Customer email
  • Language (optional)

3. Submit your import request through your Revi control panel

Once your files are ready, you can submit the import request via your Revi Panel under Management > Orders. Our team will process the data and import the reviews into your account.

• The import process is manually handled by our team.
• It is only available for paid subscriptions. You need to subscribe to a paid plan to request the import. However, you can cancel the subscription afterward without any issues.
• This process allows you to retain the value of your existing reviews, now enhanced by Revi’s advanced tools.

By submitting the import request, you expressly declare and guarantee that the provided reviews belong to you, have been collected from real customers, and correspond to genuine orders. As the store owner, you assume full responsibility for the authenticity of these reviews.
