Migrations to other CMS platforms

If you’ve migrated your store to a new platform (for example, from PrestaShop to Shopify or WooCommerce), it’s possible that previously collected reviews are not displaying correctly on your current website.

This is usually because the product IDs changed during the transition.



How to fix it?

It's common for product IDs to change when migrating from one platform to another (for example, if you used numeric identifiers in PrestaShop and now use alphanumeric codes in Shopify).

To correctly link your previous reviews to the new products, simply prepare an Excel file with the following structure:

  • Column A: Old IDs

  • Column B: New IDs

Once it's ready, send it to our Support team, and we’ll take care of the technical adjustments to ensure your reviews display properly on your new store.
