How can you collect customer reviews in your physical store with Revi?
Revi is not exclusive to online stores. If you have a physical store, you can easily collect and display customer reviews. Here are several ways to do it:
1. Manual review import
If you collect reviews from customers in your store, you can manually import them into Revi. Simply send us a .csv file with the order details and customer contact information. We will take care of sending them an email requesting their feedback about their shopping experience. Once received, these reviews will appear on your website, helping you build trust with future customers.
2. Collecting reviews with QR codes
From your Revi dashboard, you can generate custom QR codes and place them in your store, on the counter, receipts, or promotional materials. Customers just need to scan the code with their mobile device and leave a review instantly. You can create QR codes for:
