Getting Started: Import Your Previous Reviews

You can easily import the reviews you’ve collected from platforms like PrestaShop, WordPress, Trusted Shops, Trustpilot, Ekomi, Yotpo, Judge.me, and other similar tools.

Our team will help you recover and display that valuable review history so your credibility remains intact. All you need to do is provide a file exported from your previous provider — we’ll take care of the rest.

💡 Tip: We recommend downloading your reviews file before notifying your current provider that you’re cancelling the service.

⚠️ If your current provider requires advance notice or forces a renewal you're not happy with, contact our Support team — we’ll help you explore alternative solutions.

To process the import correctly, we need you to send us an Excel or CSV file containing the following information:

• Date (format YYYY-MM-DD, preferred)

• Customer name (optional; otherwise shown as anonymous)

• Rating (numeric value from 1 to 5)

• Comment (required)

• Order ID (optional; if provided, the review will appear as "verified")

• Product ID (optional; if not provided, the review will be imported as a store review)

💡 Make sure your Product IDs match the ones currently used in your CMS. If you’ve changed platforms, here’s what we need to re-link everything properly.

There, you’ll be able to attach your Excel or CSV file with the reviews — whether they’re store reviews, product reviews, or both.

⚠️ Requirement: Available only for paid subscriptions

The review import feature is available only for accounts with an active paid subscription (Pro or Premium plans).

If you’re on the free plan and want to import your reviews, you can subscribe to any paid plan. At Revi, we have no setup fees, no lock-in period, and no cancellation penalties, so you can:
