Subscription Renewal Issues

If your Revi subscription hasn’t renewed as expected, don’t worry. This issue is usually related to the payment method configured on your account. Below, we explain the possible causes and how to fix them.



Payment Method: Bank Transfer

If you have bank transfer selected as your payment method, please note that this method does not renew automatically.

With each renewal cycle, you should receive an email with payment instructions.

If you're not receiving that email, please contact our Support team so we can resend it and check your settings.



Want your renewal to be automatic?

You can switch your payment method to credit or debit card directly from your dashboard. This way, your subscription will renew automatically each month without any manual action required.


⚠️ Important: If you currently have a subscription with a promotional discount, canceling the subscription and changing the payment method may result in losing that discount.
In this case, we recommend contacting Support before making the change to avoid losing any active benefits.
