Make the most of your review invitations

The number of review invitations you can send to your customers depends on the plan you have subscribed to in Revi. With each order in your store, the system automatically sends an email inviting the customer to share their shopping experience.

Each time an invitation is sent, whether it’s the initial email or a reminder, it is deducted from the total invitations available in your account.

The available invitations for each subscription are:

  • Free: 50 invitations/month
  • Pro: 150 invitations/month
  • Premium: Starting from 500 invitations/month — you can choose the number of emails.


How to optimize your invitations?

  • Make the most of reminders: If a customer doesn’t respond to the first email, a follow-up reminder is sent to increase the chances of receiving a review.
  • Improve your response rate: With the direct reply feature in the email, customers can leave their reviews easily without needing to access another link, increasing review conversions.
  • Purchase additional email credits if needed: If you run out of invitations before the monthly renewal, you can buy Email Credit Bundles to continue sending review requests without upgrading your plan.

Revi’s invitation system is designed to help you maximize the number of reviews received, improving your store’s visibility and reputation.



What happens if I run out of invitations? – Emails

In Revi, each plan includes a set number of monthly invitations that you can send to your customers to request a review after a purchase.

If your account runs out of invitation credits, the system will automatically stop sending emails — both automatic and manual — until your credits are renewed. Any pending invitations that couldn’t be sent due to a lack of balance will be automatically sent at the start of your next billing cycle.

This means that if 100 emails were left pending and you have a Premium plan with 500 invitations, your new cycle will start with 400 available (500 total – 100 pending).



What are your options if you run out?

1. Upgrade your plan
You can change your subscription at any time from your dashboard:

Go to My Account > Subscription
Choose a higher plan with more invitations included.

There’s no commitment, so you can adjust your plan month by month according to your needs.

2. Wait for the next month
Your invitation balance renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed.

3. Purchase extra bundles to continue using the service without changing your plan.
