Revi's email system is designed to ensure that customers receive the invitation at the right moment, allowing them to share feedback based on their real experience. The process is based on two key factors:
Order status
A review request email is automatically scheduled when the order status in your store matches the one configured in your Revi panel.
- You can choose the most appropriate status, such as "Shipped", "Delivered", or any other that fits your sales process.
- Once the order reaches this status, the system detects it and prepares the email for sending.
Waiting period before sending
To ensure that customers have received and tested the product before reviewing it, Revi applies a waiting period before sending the invitation:
- Free accounts: The email is sent 7 days after the order reaches the configured status.
- Pro and Premium accounts: You can fully customize the waiting time to match your strategy and product type.
This system helps you collect more authentic and detailed reviews, ensuring that customers have enough time to evaluate their purchase before sharing their experience.
