Control who receives review invitations with the Blacklist
If you want to exclude some customers from receiving review invitations, you can use Revi’s Blacklist feature. This tool allows you to block specific email addresses or entire domains, preventing certain users from receiving review requests.
How does the Blacklist work?
🔹 Exclude entire domains
If you don’t want customers from certain platforms (e.g., Amazon) to receive review invitations, you can add the domain to the Blacklist.
✅ Example: If you add @amazon.com, all email addresses with that domain will automatically be excluded.
🔹 Exclude individual email addresses
If you run test orders or have specific customers you’d prefer not to receive review requests, you can manually add their email address. This ensures they won’t receive review emails in the future.
Flexible and easy management
From your Revi panel, you can manage the Blacklist at any time:
✔️ Add or remove emails and domains as needed.
✔️ Maintain greater control over who receives review invitations.
✔️ Optimize your resources by focusing on relevant customers.
If you need to adjust your Blacklist settings, you can do so easily from your account, ensuring your review requests align with your business strategy.
