Customize Your Invitation Emails and Enhance the Customer Experience

With Revi, you can fully customize the invitation emails sent to your customers to request reviews. This feature not only helps maintain visual consistency with your brand but also improves your review conversion rate.



Where can I edit the invitations?

You can easily do this from your dashboard:

  • Go to Email Settings

  • Enter the Templates section

From there, you can customize the following elements:

  • Design colors: Adjust background, button, and link colors to match your store's visual identity.

  • HTML signature: Add a personalized HTML signature to strengthen your branding or include contact info.

  • Custom texts: Edit the content shown in:

    • Review invitation (new review)

    • Thank you message after receiving a review

    • Request to modify a previous review. Used for Negative Review Mediation Cases.



Tips to optimize your texts:

📱 Think mobile-first: On many mobile devices, only the first few words of the subject line or message are visible.
👉 That’s why we recommend placing the most important or attention-grabbing words at the beginning or to the right of the text.
Example: Instead of “We’d love your feedback,” try “Your feedback matters – Rate your order.”

✍️ Be clear and friendly: Short, personalized phrases usually perform better.
Examples:
“Could you share your opinion?” or “It’ll only take 30 seconds 😊”

🔗 Include clear calls to action: Such as “Click here to leave a review” or “Rate your experience.”

🔄 Update your content regularly: Tailoring messages to campaigns, promotions, or seasons can increase engagement and response rates.
