Which sends consume your invitation credit?
In Revi, each time you send a review request email, 1 unit is deducted from your invitation voucher. This includes two types of sends:
-
Initial new review invitation
-
Automatically sent when an order reaches the configured “valid order” status.
-
It’s the first prompt for the customer to rate their experience.
-
-
Review reminders
-
Additional emails scheduled for customers who haven’t left a review yet.
-
You can set how many reminders to send and at what intervals, but each reminder also consumes 1 invitation.
-
📊 Practical Example
-
You have 100 invitations in your balance.
-
An order is validated and triggers the initial invitation → balance: 99.
-
After 5 days, you send a reminder → balance: 98.
-
If you schedule a second reminder → balance: 97 after it’s sent.
🔧 How to optimize your balance
-
Limit reminders: Send only 1 or 2 reminders to avoid depleting your voucher too quickly.
-
Adjust intervals: Find the optimal timing (e.g., 3–7 days) to maximize responses without over-asking.
-
Monitor open rates: Check Sent Emails to see which subjects and send times perform best, and refine your strategy.
With this control, you’ll make the most of your invitation voucher and maintain a high response rate without running out of credits.
