Can I request removal of a review on Revi if it's fake or inappropriate?
In some cases, you can request the removal or appeal of a review. At Revi, we are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment, so if a review contains false information, offensive language, or was posted fraudulently, we can review it and remove it if necessary.
How do I request a review to remove a review?
🔹 Identify Problematic Reviews
If you spot a review that you find inappropriate, fraudulent, or containing insults, contact our team. We will review the situation individually to determine if the review violates our policies.
🔹 Case Evaluation
Once you notify us about the review in question, our team will analyze it carefully. If we verify that:

It contains offensive language.

It does not comply with our Policies (Section 7 of the General Terms).
We will proceed to remove it.
⚠️ Limitations
Please note that we cannot delete a review simply because you disagree with it. Freedom of expression protects customers sharing honest feedback, even if it’s negative. Our goal is to ensure all reviews are fair, verified, and respectful.
Only customers can request the removal of their own review.
