Can I delete, appeal, or report a review?

In some cases, you can request the removal or appeal of a review. At Revi, we are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment, so if a review contains false information, offensive language, or was posted fraudulently, we can review it and remove it if necessary.

🔹 Identify problematic reviews
If you find a review that you believe is inappropriate, fraudulent, or contains insults, contact our team. We will review the case individually to determine whether it violates our policies.

🔹 Case evaluation
Once you report the review, our team will carefully analyze it. If we confirm that:

• The review is false.
• It contains offensive language.
• It does not comply with our guidelines.

We will proceed to remove it.

It is important to note that we cannot delete a review simply because you disagree with it. Freedom of expression protects customers who share honest feedback, even if it is negative. Our goal is to ensure that all reviews are fair, verified, and respectful.
