I don’t have any reviews – what can I do?

What do I do if I'm not receiving reviews on Revi?

If you’re not receiving reviews, follow these steps to ensure everything is configured correctly:

  1. Update the module
    Go to Stores, select your store, and confirm that your Revi module is on the latest version.

  2. Check order import
    In the Management > Orders menu, verify that your most recent orders are being imported into Revi.

  3. Review order statuses

    • If orders appear as Validated, status synchronization is working correctly.

    • If all orders show Pending Validation, Revi is not receiving the correct status.
      In that case, go to your CMS module settings and make sure the Valid Order Status you selected matches the status your store uses for “completed” or “shipped” orders.

  4. Confirm invitation emails
    Go to Sent Emails to see if the system is dispatching review invitation emails.

  5. Review your invitation copy
    If everything above is correct, tweak your email content and subject line to maximize open and response rates.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure Revi correctly detects your orders and sends review invitations seamlessly.
