How do I create a test order and send a test invitation email in Revi?
Create and verify your workflow before sending real invitations.

Create a test order

Go to Review Collection > Send Manual Invitation.

Select “Invitation” (verified) and use a fictitious Order ID like
TEST-20250714-01. -
Fill in the recipient details (your own email) and create the order.

Send the trial email

Once created, expand the test orders table and click “Send Manual Invitation”.

The system will send the invitation email exactly as a real customer would receive it.

Review content & design

Check the subject line, preheader, colors, signature, and call-to-action.

Ensure the “Leave Review” button is prominent on both mobile and desktop.

If you notice anything to improve (text, design, send intervals), return to the Email Settings > Templates or Order Status Configuration module to fine-tune your flow before enabling real sends.
