How can I see my reviews on Google?

Reviews collected through Revi can appear in different areas within the Google ecosystem. Below, we explain where and how they are displayed:

⚠️ Important: Only reviews submitted directly on Google will appear on your Google My Business profile — reviews collected through Revi will not be shown there.

However, Revi can help you gather reviews on Google My Business by adding an extra button in the review invitation email. This button directs your customer to your Google Business profile so they can leave their review directly.

Store and Product reviews collected through Revi cannot be transferred to your Google My Business profile, as this is not permitted by Google.

In some cases, Revi reviews might appear alongside those from your Google profile, but this is entirely up to Google and outside of Revi's control.

Your product ads on Google Shopping can display rating stars like this one:

This integration is done through structured data that Revi sends to Google, linking the reviews to your products using identifiers such as EAN, MPN, SKU + Brand, etc.

Keep in mind that the ratings shown may include reviews from other sellers offering the same product, since Google groups reviews by product identifier, not by store.

In organic search results, it's possible to display the average rating of your products thanks to Revi's integration with Google's Rich Snippets.

Unlike Shopping Ads, only the reviews collected specifically for your store by Revi will be shown here — without mixing in reviews from other sellers.
