How can I enable Questions?

What is the Questions feature?

Revi's Questions feature allows users to ask questions directly on the product page of your online store. It's an excellent way to build trust, resolve pre-purchase doubts, and boost conversions.



How to activate Questions?

You can activate this feature from your Revi dashboard by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Revi admin panel.
  2. Go to Widgets > Product Widgets > Questions.
  3. Enter the editor and click on Status > Activate.

Once enabled, a field will appear on each product page allowing users to submit questions.



How are questions managed?

Questions submitted by users are stored in your dashboard under:

Questions > Pending

From there, you can:

  • Read and moderate each question.

  • Respond directly from the panel.

  • Publish the question with your answer or discard it.

The answer will be displayed publicly on the product page, just below the question.

👉 You can also use the Questions > Products option to focus on answering questions for specific products only.

✅ This is very useful if you have many pending questions and want to filter only those related to the products that matter most to you.
