How does the question system work in Revi?

Revi’s Questions feature is an interactive widget you can add to your online store’s product page. It allows visitors to:

  1. Submit a Question

    • The customer sees a “Submit your question” field and sends their query about the product or store.

    • They must provide a valid email address to receive the answer.

  2. Moderation Before Publication

    • Questions are not published automatically. They appear in your dashboard under Questions > Pending.

    • You decide whether to approve or discard each query by answering it or not.

  3. Respond from the Dashboard

    • Go to Questions > Pending

    • Select the question and click Respond.

    • Write your answer, including links, images, or detailed instructions.

    • Once answered, the question and your response will be published together on the product page.

  4. Public and Private Interaction

    • Approved responses are displayed on the product so other customers can benefit.

    • If a query contains sensitive information, you can respond privately via email and discard the public post.
