Mediation is a process that seeks to resolve any problem with the client. When you receive a negative opinion it is not automatically published, but rather waits for 7 days so that you can talk to the customer and try to solve their problem. You can do this by your own methods or from Revi with the mediation process.
When mediation begins, the time waiting for the negative opinion is extended by 7 more days. Now you will have 14 days to resolve it. You will be able to talk to the customer through a private chat that Revi automatically generates and resolve their problem. At the end, you can invite them to modify their opinion if they wish.
