My account is not sending review requests and I have not exceeded my limit yet. What is happening?

To provide a better service, we improve Revi module versions from time to time. Try to install the updated version, because in most cases an outdated version is the reason why mails are not sent correctly.                                                                                                                                                            PRESTASHOP TIP : If you have a Prestashop shop, try to empty your folder “mails&rdqu; in Revi module following the next route: 

themes/”tu tema”/modules/Revi/mails/                                                                                                                                        If afterwards the mails still aren't sent correctly , please contact us under "soporte@Revi.com" and send us your FTP and back office access so we can support you.
