My account is not sending review requests and I have not exceeded my limit yet. What is happening?

To provide the best service, we improve Revi's module versions from time to time. Try to install the latest updated version, because in most cases an outdated version is the main reason why mails are not sent correctly.                                                                                                                                                           

PRESTASHOP TIP : If you have a Prestashop shop, try to empty your folder “mails&rdqu; in Revi module following the next route: themes/”tu tema”/modules/Revi/mails/
