What level of moderation are you offering?

We believe in transparency. We give you the power to answer all the comments (positive and negative). Once you provide an answer to a negative review, you can request a customer to consider changing his/her review if the issue has been solved. 
If your customer changes the review it will be shown where the initial review takes place. So you will be able to show you can change the people's perception thanks to a good review management.
