How do I control invitations based on order status or tags?

How do I control invitations based on order status or tags?

When your connection is compatible, open it in Revi and go to Order statuses and invitations. There you can decide which statuses keep an order on hold, make it eligible, or cancel it. A new status that has not yet been classified remains on hold to prevent accidental sends.

You can also create special rules. Each rule combines one or more conditions — order statuses and, on connections that synchronize them such as Shopify, catalog tags — with the operator “ALL are met” or “ANY is met”, and applies an action: Send invitation, No action (the order stays on hold, reversibly), or Cancelled. Tag matching is exact and case-insensitive.

Special rules override the status board, with one exception: if any of the order's statuses is classified as Cancelled, that order receives no invitation even if a rule says otherwise. If several rules match the same order, the most restrictive one applies: Cancelled over No action, and No action over Send invitation. When a rule stops applying, for example because the tag is removed, or the order becomes eligible again, Revi restarts the sending delay from that change.

The screen shows the current decision, its reason, synchronization coverage, and change history, which also records rules added, removed, or edited. Refreshing old orders only updates that information; it never creates invitations. Holds from statuses or special rules affect automatic invitations, not voluntary reviews submitted through QR codes, popups, or your own links.

If you see an old-module notice or Revi cannot detect its version, the connection will continue to work with its existing local configuration. Update the module to enable central management in Revi. If an invitation is shown as delivery unknown, it is not resent automatically to prevent duplicates; contact Support so it can be reviewed.
