I am emailing to inquire the status of my order. The order number is above. This order was placed on October 8th. It is now November 3 and the order still is not been delivered. The only information available When I check the tracking status is a”tracking number created”. Please let me know the status of this order.

The bands were fine but the yellow silicone band said 42\44 on the package but was actually a smaller size.
