Processing and shipping was very fast. The product was exactly as advertised. I purposefully ordered the sport band because of the many holes for adjustment. My only (personal) issue was that I needed to trim a bit off the end of the strap down to be able to get it down to the size I needed without it wrapping under the actual watch. Minor issue and probably not needed for most people. I just have a very small wrist. Aside from that, I am quite pleased!
