The pressure on feet is too harsh, product looked good, but was painful massage really.
I sent it back under the return guarantee and despite getting most of my money back WAS NOT FULLY REFUNDED. I asked twice to have my money owed refunded and they still have not refunded the full amount.

I certainly wouldn’t buy from them again.

We would appreciate your honesty, and that you share all the information with the rest of the customers in our community.

You returned the product in a different packaging box, which was damaged on 3 sides.
Apart from that, you returned the product without two of its accessories.

We were therefore obliged not to refund you the full amount, as "your" packaging box was not the original one, it was damaged, and accessories were missing.

Ich möchte Sie darüber informieren, dass das Vitalzen-Massagegerät über drei verschiedene Massagemodi verfügt und Sie zwischen reiner Fußmassage, reiner Wadenmassage oder vollständiger Fuß- und Wadenmassage wählen können. Außerdem verfügt es über 3 Wärmestufen, damit Sie ein angenehmes Wärmegefühl im Fußbereich haben. Und schließlich hat es die von Ihnen erwähnten 3 Stufen der Massageintensität.

Hola! Este ha sido el mejor regalo que han podido hacerme. Lo uso cada día, para los pies, en la velocidad baja, en piernas, la alta.
A mi mujer le encantó el diseño y el color, lo usa además sobre una mesa para darse masaje en los brazos , dice que los tiene flácidos y espera que eso le ayude.
