Hello Robert, thanks for your review. You have received your order the 24th of September, if the "Best before date" is not at least up to December there is been a mistake. Whole Bellota Iberico Ham Sliced.The jamon was slightly dry compared to what I am used to from other shops. That gave the bits a bit dry/hard edge. The slices were perfectly thin without falling apart. The jamon were slightly saulty for my taste but others appreciated the salt.
