For me, Guijuelo hams are very good options. Their proportion fat and bone - meat is really good and the taste is very special. Fruity and a bit strong at the same time. I love it!

The ham is very tasty, we tried it today with some great home-made bread wify made. Now we have to pace ourselves so we don't it eat it whole before Xmas and NY.
