Out of 3 boxes ordered (and obviously paid), just two arrived, and also they were divided into two expeditions, since they were not tied together. The address was written just on one box, so the other one got also lost and still I'm working with the couriers company for taking it.

Estimado D.Valerio. Abrímos hace días la investigación con la empresa de transporte Italiana para que se nos explique porque separa la expedición en 2 bultos si sale en 1 de nuestro almacén de España; quizás para que sean mas manejables en una furgoneta pequeña al tener bastante peso los 3 cajones de pelotas pues juntos son 18 kilos y solo dejaron la etiqueta en paquete de 2 cajones. Si no tenemos respuesta en breve, entendemos que son fechas de agosto damos unos días más, procederemos a la devolución del importe de 1 de los cajones o volver a enviárselo con otro de los pedidos que Usted nos hace mensualmente desde hace varios años .
