Heldere site. Proces van bestelling duidelijk. Goede informatie over de vervolgstappen. Van moment van bestelling, behandeling bestelling, verzending, transport en afleveringsdatum. De afleveringsdatum werd verschoven, maar gezien het feit, dat de zending uit Spanje kwam, is dit begrijpelijk. Maar de verschuiving van de afleveringsdatum werd keurig vermeld op de site, waar je het pakketje kunt blijven volgen.

Mogelijk een tip: ik krijg nu een Nederlands verzoek om mijn mening te geven, terwijl ik er ook al één had ontvangen van de Spaanse site/verzender. Wellicht gebeurt dit automatisch, maar is het niet verstandiger, dat ALLEEN de vestiging, waar besteld is (in dit geval als Nederlandse vestiging) dit verzendt (nu ook gebeurd in tweede instantie). Dit voorkomt 2 verzoeken en voor een groot deel zullen Nederlandse bestellingen, die vanuit het buitenland verzonden worden, ook niet gelezen en beantwoord kunnen worden vanwege de taal.. Belangrijkste argument lijkt mij echter, dat je de vestiging wil benaderen, waar je besteld hebt.

Vino en persona un representante a traérmelo que me lo explicó todo muy bien y se tomó todas las molestias necesarias para hacer la entrega cuando a mi me venía bien.
Trato muy agradable tanto por parte del representante como del servicio de comunicación.
Rápido y sin gastos de envío.
Por un tema personal, tuve que devolver el producto y me fue retirado por el mismo representante y, tras comprobar que el producto estaba intacto, me ha sido reintegrada la totalidad del importe.
Esta empresa da confianza y la recomiendo.
