The antenna was broken when it arrived. No protecting packing was included in the box. Company says there is no warranty because i opened the box too late. I was on vaccation for two weeks which I told them in mail in beforehand. The box looked from outside OK and was left at my office. When I returned back från my vaccation and opened it, I discovered it was broken an immediately contacted SailRace. They did not want to solve the problem.

You must be joking to send this review request before even sending the goods.
I tried to get a proper shipping date from Ingrid, but since 2 days, complete radio silence. I will miss the deadline for flying back with the items.
So please, don’t say you have items in stock when you don’t have them, this is lying, like a child.
Be open about your delivery times and show them on the site. You just make people angry.
If you manage to send the items by VERY express courier by 1st June, I will be happy. Otherwise I will just have lost time, and precious spare parts, and potentially much more.
