Estamos muy decepcionados porque acabamos de instalar el aparato que compramos hace unos meses y al abrirlo hemos descubierto que traía un golpe que ha afectado a la carcasa exterior, aunque al parecer el mecanismo funciona correctamente. Asumimos nuestra responsabilidad por no haberlo comprobado en su momento y lo hemos instalado igualmente ¡con una cinta adhesiva para sostener la tapa exterior!
De todos modos, aunque se nos ha quedado la cara de tontos, no lo somos y queremos dejar constancia de ello.
Es una desfachatez que compremos un producto a precio de mercado y que nos lo hayan enviado a sabiendas de que presentaba ese defecto (tenía una cinta adhesiva para sostener la tapa que no encajaba y que en nuestra ingenuidad creímos que era del empaquetado).

Hola, gracias por su reseña. Nos sorprende especialmente la afirmación de que el producto se enviara “a sabiendas” de un defecto. Ni nuestro almacén ni el fabricante envían artículos manipulados o con daños previos; en este caso, el envío salió directamente del almacén del fabricante en su embalaje original y sin ningún tipo de intervención.
Al no haber recibido ninguna notificación en su momento y tras varios meses desde la entrega, no podemos entender ni compartir las conclusiones que expone.

Ik heb de airco op maandag besteld en op donderdag werd hij al geleverd op Ibiza — echt topservice.

Kortom: super tevreden! Als ik in de toekomst weer een airco nodig heb, bestel ik deze zeker opnieuw bij ClimaPrecio.

Recientemente compré el Giatsu Aroma Plus 18 (GIA-S18ARPLUS-R32) Split Inverter WiFi A+++ en ClimaPrecio y estoy muy satisfecho con todo el proceso. Hacer el pedido fue muy fácil y la comunicación con la empresa fue rápida, amable y clara.

Hice el pedido el lunes y el jueves ya lo tenía entregado en Ibiza — un servicio realmente excelente.

En resumen: muy contento. Si en el futuro necesito otro aire acondicionado, sin duda volveré a comprarlo en ClimaPrecio.

Quiero puede pasar para que la máquina no caliente más de 20-21 grados lo instalaron en verano y perfecto pero ahora en invierno está costando que funcione. El instalador lo miró y la instalación es correcta y no hay fugas
