I've had my pressure cooker for close to 30 years and still love it. Through the years, I've replaced the gasket and thought it was time to get one before I needed it. Bought 2 as I worry your company will stop making them....or you'll go out of business. Your customer service is great and much appreciated in times where it's scarce.

I will have to send these rings back. For over $20 you get a couple of silicon rings and a grommet--a rip off. They are the only spare part offered for the cooker I have. I need the parts for the pressure relief valve and I cannot find those parts.

I LOVE my Magefessa Pressure Cooker, which I bought in Spain about 28 years ago. All it needed was a new gasket. The gasket I received was installed by my friend, who followed your excellent instructions. I will soon be back in business with one of the most valueable tools in my kitchen. Thank you!
