This was a very good ham, the taste was extremely good. The fat made it very juice and there was a lot of meat on the ham. We enjoyed it very much!

The problem is that the quality of HAM on my last order is not the same as previous one? THis is quite disappointing since i already ordered a substantial quantity of ham in few months.
Could you explain how can it be such a big difference in taste and quantity of fat in different peace's of HAM .
