I ordered shoulder ham whole sliced and I got poor quality slices of boneless ham

Buon giorno, mi aspettavo un prodotto diverso, aperta la busta e lasciata a temperatura ambiente per circa 2 ore a 20°, comunque restava secco anche se gustoso.
Peccato.

En combinaison avec du melon, ou dans des salades composées, c'est un très bon produit avec le gout inimitable du serrano; je préfère l'acheter chez Jamonarium car ils font une très bonne sélection ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des importateurs de jambon espagnol en France.
