Was looking for a gift for Father’s Day. There was plenty of choice on the website, price was reasonable and ordering easy. Hamper was ordered and delivered in two days. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

The ordering process was flawless and the products AMAZING!

However, the delivery company (TNT) didn't do a good job. I was at the delivery address (i.e. Germany) at the time the package was expected. TNT claimed I wasn't home, when I was. No delivery note was left in my post box and my bell wasn't rung. It took me 4 phone calls to organise another drop off, and to pester them on the day they said they would deliver (i.e. they didn't deliver within the promised time, so I had to phone them twice more to make sure it was going to be delivered). Finally the package was delivered, but once again no bell was rung and I discovered the box in the entrance hallway to my block of flats. Very unsatisfactory service from TNT Germany.

Hello Roy, thanks for your review. We are really glad you have enjoyed our products. About the delivery we are sorry it didn't full fill the service as they should. We are going to open a complain about it. Our experiece tells us the following. We work with TNT and DHL for many years and we are really satisfy with the service. However there a 1 every 1000 shippings that have a problem and usually is because a person didn't do his ore her job well at the end of the chain. Most of the time tha shippings are more than good, almost perfect. Again our apologizes, we will see if we can make this never happend again in your area. Kind regards
