Best jamon ever! Ordered several packages. Some were nicely carved others no so much. For the price I would expect a high uniform quality both in terms of the jamon and the carving

I've tried many Iberian products, but this Ibérico 100 % Bellota Shoulder from Jamonarium is simply unbeatable. The flavor is delicious, rich, and perfectly balanced. I made a very good choice, and I'm incredibly satisfied with the quality!

At home we are 4 people and it has lasted less than two weeks! Supreme quality for this brutal piece of black angus. If you slice it really thin, you'll know what the real jerky taste is... We will repeat for sure!
