I regularly buy ham from them, and always satisfied.
This time, I also added dried sausage to my order and I was blown away by the quality of it.

Excellent sardines — very delicate, tender and packed in high-quality olive oil. The flavor is clean and refined, clearly a premium product. Hello Juha, thanks for your review. It's true that the ham bits have stonguer flavour than the sliced normal ham. These bits are done from the rests of the hams that are around the bone when the hams are debonned. They use to be more dry and with an intense flavour. This is one of the reasons because some customers like them a lot!!!! I would recommend you to choose sliced ham next time, it would be a smother flavour. Thanks again and have a nice day!

Hello Juha, thanks for your review. Yes, as you say the "punta" is harder and dryer that the "Cana". tha t because it's the lower part of the shoulder ham whcih has less fat around, so it's dryer. On this point there is who likes this part better than the other or the other way round! Thanks!
