Hello, thanks for your review. As we have talked by email, you received a "Lingote" from 5J from us whihc is packed in a box that we can't open it to see how is the prouduct. It's the first time we have a complain about it, normaly they have the correct shape and of course the top quality. Yesterday we arrage with you a compensation which I think you were satisfy and we will see you soon with a new order. Thanks again for your comprehension and have a great day!
