This is a Cebo iberico really good. I have taste lots of this quality ham and Jamonarium have really hight standards. Recommended.

Well-packed package with three layer of packing. We just follow the instruction to slice the ham. Just right balance of ** and salt. My son could not stop eating first few slides. He liked it even more than DO Guijuello Bellota we bought last time.
