This boneless shoulder is perfect for its taste and convenience. The sweet and nutty flavors of the acorns are intense and the format makes it very good to eat anytime. A must to try for any ham lover.

Excellent quality.For this price, the shoulder is exactly what I was expecting. It would be good to have a bit more fat on it, but this is a shoulder, not a ham.
