Everything slides right off the pans, and they heat evenly for perfect results. My only hesitation is the weight - they're a bit lighter than I expected for stainless steel cookware

Love cooking and this cookware is versatile cause it works in the oven too. The only thing that really bothers is that handles get very hot.
