I cannot say enough wonderful things about this floral company. I was ordering from the United States and felt a little nervous using a company I wasn’t familiar with, but they exceeded every expectation. They translated everything from Spanish to English, kept me informed every step of the way, sent me a photo of the beautiful bouquet, and notified me as soon as my friend received the flowers.

The flowers were absolutely stunning and brought my dear friend so much joy and happiness. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them not only to locals, but to anyone ordering flowers from outside the country. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Hola, la compre desde Uruguay para mi madre que esta en Galicia. Según sus comentarios estaba muy bien y la atención del chico que llevo las flores muy bien, ya que ella es una persona muy mayor y no podia bajar a recibirlas por lo tanto el chico se las alcanzo.

Hola buenas, estoy teniendo problemas para hacer un pedido. Vivo es USA, pero quiero hacer el pedido para que le llegue a un domicilio en Madrid, pero no me permite terminar de hacer el pedido. Siempre al final (completar pedido) se colapsa

Hola, Juana: Gracias por avisarnos. Este tipo de incidencia suele producirse cuando el pedido permanece abierto durante bastante tiempo sin finalizarse. Nuestra web trabaja en tiempo real, mostrando productos, precios y franjas horarias según el momento exacto en el que se realiza el pedido. Si el proceso queda abierto más de una hora, es posible que las condiciones hayan cambiado o que el producto seleccionado ya no esté disponible, lo que provoca que el sistema se bloquee al intentar completar el pedido. Suele ocurrir, por ejemplo, cuando se inicia el pedido y se deja abierto mientras se piensa el mensaje para la tarjeta. La solución es sencilla: cierra el navegador por completo y vuelve a iniciar un pedido nuevo desde el principio. De este modo, el sistema cargará las condiciones actualizadas y podrás finalizarlo sin problema. Si necesitas ayuda, estaremos encantados de atenderte a través del WhatsApp de nuestra web o por teléfono. Un saludo, Equipo teleROSA
