Buenas tardes, soy clienta muy fiel vuestra porque me encanta el zumo de granada que producís.
Sin embargo, no sé por qué motivo, este último pedido que realicé a finales de agosto, el zumo está rarísimo, no sabe igual que siempre, incluso parece que está un poco pasado tanto por el sabor como por el color del zumo.
Sabríais decirme cuál es la razón????

Empecé con los zumos de Granada y seguí con los de pomelo.. no puede decir más que mi madre y yo estamos enganchadas a ambos zumos… los tomamos con medida.. pero forma parte de nuestro consumo diario. Son espectaculares.

Delivery was promised by MRW on August 4 then on August 5 , then on August 5 I was told that the order was sent to an MRW pick up point in Denia instead of my delivery address in Javea. You got paid on August 5 and I still don’t have my order. I have complained to you by email but have not received a reply. Customer service is very bad. I want my order or my money back urgently.

We sincerely apologise. This delivery became complicated, and we also failed to respond to your email as quickly as we should have.

We have now refunded the full amount of your order by Bizum. Even so, we are continuing to insist that MRW deliver the parcel to the correct address in Jávea. If it finally arrives, please keep the entire order at no cost as a gesture from us for all the inconvenience caused.

You are a valued regular customer, and we are genuinely sorry to have let you down on this occasion. We sincerely hope we can regain your trust.

Consumimos el Zumo de Granada Puro Calidad Premium de La Imperfecta desde hace tiempo y siempre nos sorprende por su sabor a fruta fresca, su calidad inigualable y un precio muy razonable. Un producto excelente que seguimos eligiendo con total confianza.
