I would not choose to use this company in the future. the flowers wer old and half dead already, not fresh.

Thank you, Carlos, for sharing your feedback. Of course, we regret that you are not satisfied with the quality of the roses. It is truly unfortunate that it has been 18 days since we delivered your flowers, on Valentine's Day, and we have not received any complaints from you during that time. Had we received it in a timely manner, we would have certainly provided you with a solution.

On the other hand, on February 14th, we delivered thousands of roses throughout Spain and we have not received any complaints regarding their quality and freshness.

The roses were delivered and they were fully open and starting to wilt. Started losing petals by the next day. It was like they took the last, unsold roses and put them for me. I am very disappointed.

Hi, ordered from telerosa sevaral times and I really like telerosa with all of there service but my last order was on 14 of februari on Valentins dad and I had wished to surprise my girlfriend in her work at i had paid 5 euro extra to delivery between 14:00-21:00 beacuse my girlfriend worked that time in pharmacy but the delivery was there very early and he just give the flowers in the pharmacy at 10:00 and when.. these situation maked really very much problem for me instaed to surprise my girlfriend.. she called me and was very angry for why the flowers was handet for her collegues.. it became bad Valentin day. I hope you guys talk with driver and tell him to please keep the time..

Hello Frederic,

We have already refunded the €5 you paid for the afternoon delivery service to your card and we are going to proceed with a complaint to the courier company.

We hired the courier service you selected and you could also see on the packaging box a very noticeable red label of ours stating "Please deliver ONLY in the afternoon," but apparently, some couriers think that delivering it earlier will make the customer happier. It is as frustrating for us as it is for you when this happens, which, by the way, occurs very rarely considering the huge volume of shipments we handle.

Additionally, we would like to apologize and ask you to reconsider your evaluation, if you deem it appropriate.
