Great purchase experience on the website, and the flowers were delivered in time. Only problem … there was no card or other indication, so my daughter didn’t realise I had sent the bouquet.

We are incredibly sorry to hear that the message was not seen, as it is truly regrettable. Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure the message is the very first thing noticed upon opening the box; however, it is possible it was mistaken for advertising material. We have attached a photo showing how the message is placed within the box. Furthermore, our rigorous quality control processes make it impossible for an order to be shipped without its corresponding message.

I love the attention to detail with the hand written notes. It makes the entire experience worth it and real. The bouquet was also beautiful and unexpectedly huge! My girlfriend loved it!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that not receiving a photo of your flowers was not an oversight. On extremely busy dates, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the volume of orders is so high that we are forced to temporarily suspend our photo service. This allows our florists to focus entirely on preparing and delivering every order on schedule. We apologize if this caused any disappointment and deeply appreciate your understanding.

Lamentamos que el ramo no haya cumplido plenamente sus expectativas.

Hemos revisado la fotografía de preparación del envío, que adjuntamos en esta respuesta, y las rosas se apreciaban frescas y en buen estado general. En las rosas rojas es habitual que algún pétalo exterior pueda presentar ligeras marcas o una apertura más avanzada, especialmente tras el transporte, sin que ello afecte a su frescura o duración.

En cualquier caso, agradecemos mucho su comentario, ya que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando nuestros productos y servicio.
