The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. I’m still exploring all the settings and programs, which will take some time to fully understand.

Fake company.
Went to the address and was told the company has not been at that address for over two years now and many people show up looking for them saying they where scammed.
Called the number and the person who answered said it was the wrong number.
Keep it away from them

Hi. Unable to use the product right now due to the cable that runs from the base to the control panel was under the column and was sliced during moving. I have sent a Whatsapp request for either replacement parts or a new unit. It's only been 48 hours but no response.
