Abwicklung war sehr einfach und verständlich. Der Massagesessel Ananda ist eine wirkliche Wohltat und zaubert jeden der sich damit verwöhnen lässt ein Lächeln ins Gesicht. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Horrible company to deal with. I bought a sauna with a reclining seat. It arrived damaged in transit and does not heat up to the degree that the company claims that it will go up to. When I wrote to them about the damage (right after receiving it) they ignored me. Then I discovered that it was defective and wrote to them about that. They wrote back accusing me of damaging it myself! Then accused me of using it as an outdoor sauna. They have offered no recourse or partial refund for the damage nor the defective product. Avoid this company at all costs. They will make false accusations against you and they will ignore you as a customer. I don't remember the exact date of delivery, think is was around 21/11/2022. Finally used it around 5th December and discovered it was defective as well as damaged. Don't go near this company! They will leave you high and dry and then make false accusations against you out of thin air.

Wow, their response to me shows what kind of a company you are dealing with. They delivered damaged and faulty equipment. I am not going to hire a 'sauna' professional to come out to my house to prove that the sauna does not heat up to the advertised temperature. The pictures show the damage on the sauna. Their answer says it all about the disgraceful company you are dealing with. Avoid them at all costs!

1. I am fully satisfied with the product. It is a great massager that I would recommend for purchase.
2. The only minus in my case was that the charger that came with it was not working, but after consultation with the Global Relax support I replaced the charger and everything got just great.
So I would also like to outline the great Global Relax customer orientations.
3. Another way for improvement is tracking the shipping process. When I did the purchase tracking number did not work, so I have no clue is it going or not.
And again, thanks to Global Relax customer support they found the shipping information for me.

The massager itself is good. Actually it is the best among all I tried.
I like its' algorithm with smart combination of pressure, heat and percussion.
This is the only massager among all I tried where I can use my own mp3 music and where I may tune the music loudness.
The only minus in my case was that the charger that came with it was not working, but after consultation with the Global Relax support I replaced the charger and everything got just great.

What collection you are talking about? I had to drag 10kg huge box to collection point as you didn’t arrange a collection. So the item returned to you on 20th of December and my money still not refunded, Klarna keeps deducting the payments from my bank card as you didn’t register a return yet with them! Shocking service, looks like the only way I am left to get my money back is to dispute and open a claim case. Shame on you people, no one replying to emails anymore but here they seem to react very quickly..
