El producto me ha encantado, lo único que no me ha gustado es que eel transportista no te suba el producto a casa diciendo que todo lo que viene de vuestra empresa no se sube y que se deja en la puerta de la calle, esto me limita a la hora de compraros más cosas porque quería comprarle a mi madre cosas y no puede coger peso.

Nos alegramos que el producto le haya gustado.

Por otro lado, respecto a lo que comenta sobre la entrega de su masajeador VITALZEN PLUS nos sorprende.
Este producto, al pesar menos de 30 kilos, debería haberle sido entregado en la puerta de su casa. Cuando el producto pesa mas de 30 kilos hay que solicitar un servicio especial de entrega.
Pero en su caso, se le debería haber entregado en la puerta de casa.

Tomamos nota de su comentario y presentaremos una reclamación a la compañía de transporte sobre la actitud del repartidor, por lo que usted nos ha comentado.

Los productos pesados (de mas de 30 kilos) se entregan donde el cliente desee.

Usted dispone de 2 tipos de entrega a elegir:

1) Entrega standard en la puerta principal de casa o del bloque de pisos (gratuita)
2) Entrega Premium dentro de casa, en la que la compañia de transporte, por protocolo, precisa de dos mozos para entrar el producto en casa (tiene un coste añadido).

Por ello nuestro clientes pueden decidir donde desean recibir el producto.

Es una pena que no le haya gustado el masajeador de espalda. La percepción del masaje produce sensaciones muy diferentes en cada persona.

Spedizione velocissima e accurata (Amazon Logistic), il prodotto scaricato dal mezzo e portato sino alla ascensore anche se non previsto. La poltrona corrisponde alle aspettative, al momento funziona in tutte le sue parti, sarebbe stato più bello avere sul telecomando un software in Italiano, ma penso sia pretendere troppo.
Prodotto costruito in Cina da ROVOS.

Ottimo prodotto, mi aspettavo qualche regolazione in più, ma è solo una questione di software. Non dite che è "Qualità Europea" poiché è costruita in CINA dalla ROVOS. Sono comunque molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto.

No conocía ésta tienda y me topé con ella por casulidad buscando un masajeador que cumpliera con mis espectativas. Sin duda, no me he equivovado. He visto que tiene una amplia gama de masajeadores y entre ello he encontrado el que mejor se adaptaba a mis necesidades. La compra del masajeador a sido muy fácil y rápida y el envío ha sido rapidísimo. No he tenido ningún contratiempo. Sin duda , recomendaría este sitio y lo tendré en cuenta para futuras compras.

Masajeador de pies y piernas realmente bueno. El masaje es bastante fuerte aunque tienes varios niveles tanto para las piernas como para los pies para adaptarlo a tus necesidades. Te deja los pies muy descansados después de un largo día de trabajo. La tela donde apoyas los pies y las piernas es muy agradable y lleva unas cremalleras para poderla quitar y lavar sin problema. Me parece todo un acierto. El envío del producto fué rapidísimo y sin ningun problema.

Le conditionnement pour le transport est au top. La qualité du fauteuil est au rendez-vous. Les programmes de massages, un vrai plaisir. Je ne peux que recommander ce fauteuil.
