Jamon was of very poor quality. The meat was hard and scraggy.
The harvest with around 20% very low.
I war really disappointed for this price-performance ratio.
Not recommended at all!

Der Schinken hat zu viel Speck und es ist viel Abfall entstanden. Alles in Einem habe ich die Hälfte weggeworfen.

This Pata Negra shoulder is magnificent, the flavour of Bellota is all over the meat. Juici and with tha rights amount of fat. Alex recommended this Cordoba origin one and it's been a succés. Thanks, you have won a customer forever!

Las paletas 5J son conocidas mundialmente por su calidad, la 100% jamonarium te garantizamos nosotros que será igual de buena, pero un poco más barata.
