There are no complaints about the bouquet, it's perfect, but there was a moment that upset me. The bouquet was meant for my mother on 8th of March, the delivery time was from 9 to 15. At 13:46 I get an email saying that the courier can't reach my mother because her phone doesn't work. I immediately call my mother, she answers, no missed calls, everything is fine. I'm trying to call the store, but there's a break from 14 to 16, I'm stressed, writing an email, and miracle, the courier managed to reach my mother straight away. No explanation, no reply, no apologise, it is still unclear what it was.

Exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was just beautiful. You had some difficulty with delivery but you were persistent. The recipients love the arrangement. I was kept informed every step of the way too. Customer service went above and beyond. I will definitely order again. Very happy customer.

TeleROSA did a beautiful job with the flowers. The flowers pictured, which I ordered, were not the ones sent which was a disappointment, but TeleROSA did reach out to me about not having sunflowers. The only thing is...I'm ordering from the US and there is a six-hour difference in time, so I didn't have time to respond before they had already made a bouquet with different flowers and couldn't be changed. I would have chosen something totally different than what they made. I understand they did what they thought was best and it was appreciated. My daughter who received the flowers loved them and that's what matters!

I will use TeleROSA again! Their communication is great! The updates on when flowers have been delivered and received was wonderful. Much appreciated!

Estoy bastante decepcionada con el último pedido. Pedí unas flores el sábado y, para empezar, vinieron super sosas con tan solo el plástico que las envuelve sin ningún papel ni color ni decoración ni nada por el estilo, cosa que me parece bastante decepcionante puesto que no son precisamente baratas. Además, a los dos días de comprar las flores estaban tal y como se ven en la foto, muchas caídas, rotas e incluso secas tan solo 2 días después. Siempre suelo pedir aquí porque estaba bastante contenta pero está vez me ha decepcionado bastante.

Los tulipanes siempre los enviamos con el plástico especial que viste, ya que este cumple una función fundamental: crea un jarrón temporal que mantiene la hidratación óptima de las flores en todo momento, incluido el transporte. Además, recoge los tallos cerca del bulbo para evitar que se doblen, ya que los tulipanes difícilmente son capaces de soportar su propio peso.

No obstante, en la imagen se ven en perfecto estado, por lo que entendemos que el problema no ha sido la calidad de los tulipanes, sino el soporte en el que han sido colocados.

Apreciamos tu confianza en nosotros y nos encantaría poder seguir atendiéndote en futuras ocasiones. Si en algún momento necesitas asesoramiento sobre el cuidado de las flores o la mejor forma de colocarlas, estaremos encantados de ayudarte.
